Wholesale property is a catch all term to describe heavily discounted property not normally listed through traditional channels. This could be in the form of property pricing at or below bank valuation, property in the hands of receivers, developers who ‘urgently need to re-capitalise’, extremely motivated sellers, owners who have banks threatening to foreclose, deceased estates, bank sales, or even distressed owners.
